Gentle Flow safe, supportive, foundational class for beginners, seniors, and those rehabbing injuries.
Core Flow focused, centered, strength building class for advanced beginners - intermediate
Core Plus is a step up from Core Flow, a dynamic class focusing on control and precision. Intermediate - Advanced
Restorative Flow the perfect blend of movements to lengthen and release muscles through targeted stretching.
Cardio Flow an invigorating jump board class that gets the blood pumping & heart rate up. Intermediate - Advanced
Private & Semi Private Sessions are available when classes are not in session
All classes are taught on Pilates apparatus: Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels and require pre-registration with payment upon booking.
