Gentle Flow
A safe, supportive, and foundational class designed for beginners, seniors, and those rehabbing injuries. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, breath, and mindful movement.
Level: Beginners • Active Aging • Injury Recovery
Core Flow
A focused, strength-building class that emphasizes core stability, balance, and fluid movement. This class builds confidence and stamina while maintaining precision and control.
Level: Advanced Beginner – Intermediate
Precision
A dynamic progression from Core Flow, this class challenges control, coordination, and mastery of movement. Expect thoughtful sequencing and a strong focus on form, efficiency, and precision.
Level: Intermediate – Advanced
Core Restore
The perfect balance of strength and release. This class combines Core Flow principles with an extended stretch and mobility sequence in the final 15–20 minutes, leaving you feeling strong, open, and restored.
Level: All Levels
Sculpt
Our most contemporary and athletic offering. Using weights and the Jumpboard, Sculpt delivers a dynamic, invigorating workout that builds power, endurance, and agility.
Level: Intermediate – Advanced
