Class Schedule & Types 

Class Types
Align is a gently paced class for aging populations, those rehabbing injuries, or those brand new to Pilates, with a slower more concentrated format.
Core Flow is our all-level class with modifications for beginners and up level options for more advanced practitioners.
Advanced Flow  is an advanced class that requires at least one year of Pilates experience and no limitations.
Center & Stretch is the perfect blend of movement & relaxation to lengthen and release muscles through targeted stretching.
Cardio Flow is an invigorating jump board class that get the blood pumping & heart rate up.  Great for sports conditioning
Private & Semi Private Sessions are available when classes are not in session

All classes are taught on Pilates apparatus: Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels and require pre-registration with payment upon booking.
